At Loaded Tea Club, we’re committed to delivering your favorite energy teas quickly, affordably, and safely. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.


📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 10-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high volume periods or promotional launches, processing may take an additional time.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship throughout the United States via USPS.

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): $4.99 flat rate

  • Local Pickup: Available at our HQ in St. Augustine, FL. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM
You will be notified via email once your order is ready for pickup.


📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.


🛑 Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at loadedteaclub@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.


🌎 International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.
